freeze plug heater - where to get? 200

Greetings:
This is not my immediate priority, but I have used freeze plug heaters in the past on other cars. Brands seem to be Katz of Mississippi and Phillips / Budd / Temro from Minn or Canada, who seem to supply the German cars.Any idea of cost, availability, difficulty of installation on B230 engines. etc?. I know these help reduce emissions and engine wear during warm up, and reduce gas consumption and oil dilution from gas. They are not really intended for vehicles that have trouble starting, although some tow trucks have generators which let you warm up the vehicle rather than beating the starter and spraying gallons of starter fluid. Any thoughts?
