1988 volvo 740 B230F engine running rich..

Hi everybody,
my volvo is running very rich evertime i get on the gas full throttle i can see black smoke coming out.. and evertime i change shifts ( it has m47) and i let the gas go before i get n th egas i hear a backfiring it i smore like a pop in the muffler and i can see a black someke .. I have change dthe ecu with a good one, AMM has changed with a good one car was running very nice befor ei did the changes.. Do i need to adjust the mixture ?

P.S: It has 160,000 miles on it.
