Strut inserts - first timer 200 1989

Tomorrow morning I'm tackling the struts in the wifemobile, my first time for this job on a Volvo. Just a few quick questions.

1. Somewhere on this site (or on one of the members' sites) is a good illustrated step-by-step how-to for this job, using the technique for leaning the strut assemblies out without having to disconnect the brake lines. I know I've seen it, but my search didn't come up with it. Who's got that information?

2. I've got the Bilsteins, the strut bearings, the little rubber sheaths, an impact wrench with a 15/16 deep socket, a pair of Sears spring compressors, a pair of big pipe wrenches, jackstands, and assorted common wrenches and stuff. Have I got everything?
