I did the ones on my 245 in three hours.(http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/index.htm?id=970993) Disconnect the tie rod ends and the sway bar. Loosen the strut nut on the top before dropping the struts out. I bought a wrench to handle the nut because the end of the strut needs to be held while turning. (a 24mm/26mm deep offset combo from WT Tools)
