Parts car: which parts worth keeping? 200

A further question on my parts car situation (thanks to all for the answers/tips on the brakes and started questions):
Obviously I bought this car to supply me with used parts for my daily driver.

So far, I've removed (for future needs):
- AMM, ECU, distributor and wires, coil, fuel pump relay, locking gas cap.

I intend on removing the following:
- brake disks, pads, calipers
- oil pressure, water temp senders, wiper motors, windshield washer pumps

The light bezels are all cracked/faded so not worth keeping. The front seats are getting rickety/worn.

I was thinking of removing:
- A/C components (though that will allow freon to escape which is not good)
- internal bits, switches, instrument panel

Any other bits worth taking/storing for future use? (window motors, for ex.)
