Anybody tried Motor Silk ? 200 1993

A neighbor of mine tried this product and claims his gas mileage increased from 22 to 24 mpg (old Toyota). The website is : Evergreenamerica.com The product does seem a bit more " up and up " than most of the additive. BTW, I DO NOT WORK FOR THESE GUYS ! just curious...
