95 940 which high intensity headlight replacement bulb? 900

Have read FAQs, etc..the lenses need cleaning on outside, and will use Mothers aluminum paste cleaner per FAQ,

but want recommendation(s) on which high intensity (Xenon?) replacement bulbs will provide more light for safer night driving, but WILL NOT burn the headlight assembly reflector, nor require new wiring harness.

Advice/experience appreciated.
