I put in sound deadening material and a new carpet set as my rubber mats were shot. The sound insulation took a day to install and required two layers in the footwell areas to kill the road noise. The carpets were a couple hours on Sunday, cut the underpadding BEFORE sticking it to the carpets (didn't come with any instructions...wouldn't have read them anyway).
