water pump help!!!! 700

hey everyone
my friend asked me to help him chang out his waterpump on a 1991 240 (similar to the B230F engine thats in my 740 GL i think) how hard is it to replace the waterpump? how much time will this take?
ive have changed mine before BUT the engine was already out of the car when i rebuilt it.....so if anyone could help walk me through it, telling me what to do it would be greatly appreciated
