Six lens taillight circuit board differences 200 1993

I recently picked up a '93 sedan to go along with my '86 sedan (purchased new in late '85). In my attempt to fit a better set of taillights to the '93, I discovered that the Cibie circuit boards on the taillights differ with respect to the lower left and lower right lamps. Several sets in my spares pile have a three-contact bulb receptacle and several have a two-contact receptacle. What I cannot identify is which year 240s the different taillights are supposed to mate to. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
