Rear Brake Disk - how to remove? 200 1989

Rear Brake Disk - how to remove?

It's moving - not rusted onto the wheel studs.
Emergency brake is released - so one side or the other of the rotor can be pulled away from the car 1/4 to 1/2 inch. It rocks back and forth, but can't come off straight. It's not working it's way off bit by bit, either.

It feels and sounds like the shoes inside are being pulled along with the disk. I can feel their spring tension. That is, they are pressed out against the inner disk hub and probably being caught by a raised lip on the inner (back) surface.

What to do? Rotor is grooved and needs turning at a minimum, likely needs replacing.

I replaced the caliper last night, which was fun in the rain. Bleeding of that one line went OK. I followed the FAQ re. loosening the bleed screw only 1/8 turn (or less) and pumping short 1-1/2" strokes. Also followed recent tip re. depressing the pedal about 2" to avoid fluid drain, also had a thin plastic sheet (piece of a supermarket shopping bag) tightened under the brake reservoir cap to give a good seal up there. Still lost a fair bit of fluid while changing the caliper, but the simple bleed of just the one line went OK. Had good firm pedal afterwards.
