Help! Hatch won't open on my 745 700 1992

Lately the hatch has not been unlocking when I unlock all the doors. I am sure the problem is not the harness, because the rear wiper works fine. I lubed all the locks a while back with silicone spray. And it was doing this starting a couple of weeks ago, before it finally got cold here in DC (today). Any suggestions?
