Brakes, HELP!!!! 900 1994

Changed rotors and pads, went great until...

Tried to compress caliper piston and could not. Thought pushing brake pedal would help. Fluid everywhere, after the piston pushed out. Now what do I do.. Can get the piston back in, but fluid is all gone. How, if i get the caliper back in, can I get the piston compressed???? Why is this so hard...... I was so easy up to this point....THanks so much for any info....
