heater fan replacement? 200

how the heck do i get the heater blower motor out? i have a chilton's but it doesn't refer to the 240 series, only the 140 series. it's getting cold in these parts, HELP!!!!!!
i replaced the switch, checked the fuse, what else is there besides pulling that sucker out and replacing it?!
