I have couple spare ICVs. So that way I can just swap and clean when I feel like it. Well, checking for intake leaks(turbo) heard a hissing around the ICV. Figured loose hose or bad hose. Discovered that the ICV hadn't sealed properly after disassembly/reassembly from previous cleaning. Where the pins/casing bend down, air leak. So, just cause you have cleaned it, don't assume its good. You can blow through it, finger over outlet side and see if it leaks.
