Stereo Questions...Back to the world of Volvo 200 1982

I just picked up a sweet 82 240 4 door sedan from a buddy and am trying to figure out my stereo options. It currently has the factory tape deck (Lower console) which I want to replace with an AIWA CD player I already have. As far as I can tell There are only the 4" speaker holes in the front doors.

I would love to know what people have done as far as speakers go. I plan on putting a 10"sub and amp in the trunk and would like some speakers in the rear deck or doors. Any links, stories and/or money would be helpful.

Take it easy on me it has been years since i have been in the volvo world but I am very glad to be back!
