Multiple problems w/240 200 1992

1. Geez, those taillights are something else...

Drivers side taillight and brake light don't work but if I move them to the passenger side, no problem. I'm guessing a short there.


2. Had to go pick the daughter up last night from work because she called and couldn't get the car started - NEVER had a problem before. A boy from her work got on the phone and told me it sounded like the timing was off, which I found hard to believe - I had driven it a couple time within the last week. When I got there I got it started in about 7-8 seconds but it did start hard - it was 15 degrees in good ol Michigan last night. I'm not sure if that engine can be flooded or not so I'm looking for some advice on this. I'm going to go outside pretty soon and see if it starts up. Last night when I got home I had not problem starting it up while it was warm.

3. Should I take it in to change a fan belt? I noticed earlier this week that there was a light "screaching" going on. Last night it was loud and long...

Any advice on this is appreciated. The daughter thinks this car is possessed and hates her!
