So now after looking thru the list, and searching I do not see this problem listed, so here goes: After successfully installing a new valve cover gasket and stopping leaking all that nice expensive synthetic oil, I got home to find I could NOT get my rear doors to latch shut no matter what I did.
I slept on that and bungeed them down to hold them in the closed postion so I could drive and not fly to work. I found out the central locking system was electronic from a friend and saw that the latch locks always sprung back to the open postion, as if on a magnet or solinied (sic).. Ok < I pulled fuse #8, but as yet I have not been able to get the doors to latch closed....??? Any help or suggestions will be very kindly appreciated. Thanx.
