high idle 700 1992

fellas:

1992 740 w/ auto tranny:
cold start, idles just fine (about 800 @ panel tach). once it gets to temp, idles at about 1500. idles fine with tranny engage cold or hot. cleaned the TB. no change. cleaning the IAC didn't help either. made sure TPS is adjusted right (that click thing). what should I check next? Thanks in advance for any advice.
