Got a little electrical tech tip for ya... 700

My wife has a 92 745 Turbo and said the wipers and heater blower stopped working and a SRS light came on? I figured it could be a bad fuse but checked them and none was blown? Turned to key to the on position and wiggled the fuse (number 16) for the blower and the wipers and blower started working? I took the fuse out and using an old dental tool bent the fuse contacts a little and tried the wipers and blower again and they were working. Wife called me again to say they stopped working again? Did some searching here in the faqs and learned how to pull the fuse/relay panel out to service it. Looked at all of the wire connections on the under side of the fuse panel but didn't see any that looked discolored or melted? Took all of the fuses out and took the top (white) cover off the fuse panel. It seems Volvo uses one hot wire for three fuses to use? This hot wire feeds the blower, wipers and the SRS system fuses! Found this hot wire was loose under the panel and crimped the contact to make it fit tighter. So far it's been a week and everything's working so that must have been the fix!
Best of luck...
