On going saga of no-start.......
What is the most effective method of troubleshooting the ECT on the 230FT engine? It's WAAAAAAYYY under intake runner #3. Access from above or underneath?
Also, if I have fuel and spark and everything turns over (tachometer is dancing - RPM sensor was replaced at about 175,000) but plugs are wet and smell strong odor of gasoline, I feel that the engine is flooding terribly.....fuel injector relay replaced at about 150,000. Pre pump and main pump are working......
Can I pull plugs, hit with compressed air to dry and reinstall to see if it starts briefly?
Have NOT checked condition of O2 Sensor or for cat blockage......
What about the MAF sensor? What to look for? Never been replaced.....
NO fault codes.....Any help is appreciated.
