Missed out on a Killer deal S90-V90

I wish I could get one of these deals. It seems some lady was told by the dealer that she needed a new head gasket. So she bought a new car and put her 98 S90 up for sale for $1,000. 157,000 miles purple with the tan interior and winter package.
So the guy who's buying it takes it over to my Indy mechanic on Tuesday to check the car out. All he finds wrong is it needs a new thermostat. So a $15 thermostat later and $1,000 to the lady and he got a great deal. My mechanic told me the body and interior were perfect. Hell I would have given her $1,000 for the car even if it had a blown engine.
