'87 240 is eating motor mounts. 200 1987

My son and I were changing the oil on his '87 240 and I found another broken passenger side motor mount. This makes the third time in the past year that particular mount has broken.
The original driver side mount broke about six months ago. I can understand the driver side breaking due to torque. But, three passenger side mounts???? I don't get it.
The car has a five speed.
The mounts I've been getting are Beck/Arnley. Are OE mounts any better?
