Wet Plugs? 700

I had a no-start issue over the weekend. Had my Volvo towed to a very respectable shop. They replaced the cap, rotor, and coil. It's now running but very poorly, missing and stumbling at idle. It’s also running very rich. They said it was because the plugs got wet when it was flooded and would clear up the longer I drove it. I drove 7 miles home and it's still misfiring. Any of you ever heard of “wet plugs"? Please let me know if you need any additional info.
