power window 900

On the passenger side, the power window could move down but not up. I have to manually force it up by 2 hands with someone pressing the up switch. With a bit of luck, at times the power window worked if I bang the door a few times but it does not always work. Hey guys, what do you think? Wiring or motor problem? How do I fix it?
