source for sedan, tail light trim? 200

I just noticed that the chrome trim that used to be across the left tail light is missing on my 1990 240 sedan. Does anyone know a source for this trim piece? Alternatively, I could buy an entire lens. Are the ones advertised for about $70.00 on e-bay any good? Thanks in advance.
