Adjusting headlights S90-V90

Hey guys,

If you notice from my surge of posts, I'm going through my car to bring her up to tip top shape.

I just installed new bulbs and I noticed that one seems to point lower than the other.
I looked at the level indicator that is on the headlight shroud and one is definitely off. How do I fix that? I see something that looks like a horizontal knob and a vertical knob, but I'm not sure if that's for the lighting.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
