Guys,

I fiddled around with it and indeed, the greenish-yellow knob is the way to adjust the headlights to the proper level. They are directly behind the headlight assembly and have a weird looking notch on them. Point your lights against a wall and turn it until they match.

1998 Volvo S90 17" C70 wheels and only 50K miles. Long way to go!!
