Replacing a B21 with a B23 or B230????

My 78' 244 sedan(B21) threw a rod and I need to replace the
engine. I don't know what I will find at the junkyard so
I thought I would ask, what problems will I run into changing
out the two engines.

I am in Maryland if anyone has an engine in good condition they
would like to part with!!!

Any advice and help is much appreciated!
