Please help identify mystery relays 1980 245 DL B21F 200 1980

What are these devices? I have some pictures here,
showing two relays and their location under the hood. I don't know what they do. I found them yesterday, removed their covers, cleaned them and the mating wire ends (corrosion), verified operation and reinstalled. I would like to replace them and keep the old ones as spares.

I also inspected the +12 VDC power distribution block in between the relays; it was clean.
