No Start after Replacing Head Gasket! 200 1989

I have a 1989 245 DL non-turbo with 200k miles. The passenger side/right front water jacket was leaking coolant outside of the head. The car ran fine. I rebuilt a cylinder head from a donor Volvo and it met all specs (vacuum pressure 17", guides intact, valves grinded, etc). I replaced the head gasket with a Fel Pro and found it torn accordingly. No problems occurred with the replacement of the head gasket. I reinstalled all original parts. Now, it will crank, but not start.

The timing is aligned and all marks on the cam, crank, and intermediate sprockets align and move on cranking.

#1 spark plug has a spark.

Fuel is entering the fuel rail and the spark plugs smell of gas.
