Thank you guys for all your comments and suggestions. I guess my car has a bit of everything you guys mentioned.

First the steering wheel shake was rectified by a second turning of the rotors. According to this guy who does a manual rotation of the disc using his hand the rotors were badly turned by the tire shop guys. The surface felt rough and uneven to touch itself.

Secondly, the mechanic who recommended a second turning also pointed to me that some bushings and ball joints are on their way down south but he advised me to use them until they get worse, and then do a complete change to the entire suspension. That way I could feel the difference and enjoy a real comfy ride like a new car.

The car however still has a slight shake at the front when going at high speed 70km/h upwards, which is due to wheels inaccurately balanced and needed to be balanced again (my assumption)

The next question is which is better, on-wheel balancing procedure or off-wheel?

Finally, thanks for all the inputs, It was very reassuring that the issue was something that could be rectified unlike the hesitation that my car experiences now that has no solution in sight.
