Is this B20B Salvagable? 140-160 1970

I disassembled this B20B over the weekend. It came from a '70 144 that according to the PO had been rebuilt, then run dry on oil and blown up within 1000k. Sure enough, it has .020 over pistons, the carbon on the top of the pistons was almost nonexistent, and the bores look nice. Number 4 rod was broken so bad at the cap that I had to use a cutting wheel on a die grinder to make it removable.

With it out I found a .180" deep "divot" taken from the bottom of #4 cylinder bore.

If I use a die grinder to chamfer the edge of the broken area would the block be usable? Of course I would have it magnafluxed first, but if the existing damage makes the block unusable then I won't bother to go to the expense.
