Good Starter - No Start - Suggestions, Please 700 1986

86 740. I just threw a new starter/solenoid into it, but the problem remains. Here are the symptoms: When the key is turned the solenoid clicks repeatedly and that's it. The starter doesn't turn. It doesn't make a difference whether the shifter is in park or neutral. No voltage drop on the positive side of the circuit. Is there a starter relay somewhere which might be wiggin-out?
