What causes this wear and how to repair 200 1992

Hello - car is '92 245
My front tires seem to be much more unevenly worn on the outer edges. The camber does seem very slightly positive compared visually to the rear tires. Is this a common symptom of worn ball joints or some susp. bushings or other front suspension component? Alignment not far off to cause this.
