Are The Orange Colored Volvo Strut Inserts Rebuildable? 200

My 1982 Volvo 245 GLT has orange colored strut inserts that say "volvo" on them. Their pistons look to be about as thick as those found on the Bilstein HD stuts. Are these rebuildable and if so, by whom? They're basically shot and I'd like to get them rebuilt if possible but if not, I'm going to buy some Bilstein HDs as a replacement.
