what to do about a broken exhaust manifold stud( 1/2' inside the head)? '93 940T 900 1993

I bought a '93 940T wagon on eBay for $1900 and of course the guy failed to mention the broken stud.what is the best way of dealing with this.the manifold leak repair kit was a waste of $9.too deep in the head to cut a notch in it with the dremel.weld a bolt to it? new head? easyout(doubt it !)? other than that the car is sweet,black on black leather,eggcrate grille & fogs,16 hydras with Yokohomas,thule surf rack,sunroof,CD etc..........
