maybe this is a silly question, but is it better to check the air pressure in the tires before driving the car (after it has sat for a while) or after a drive when the tires heat up and air is circulated and expanded)? Which measure gives a true pressure reading? Or does it even matter if the difference between cold air and hot air pressure is negligible.
