92 245 rear suspension front trailing arm poly bushing install IPD 200 1992

My question involves the installation of the IPD front trailing arm bushing, sorry the supplied instructions are cryptic.

My question is specifically if I need to drive the factory bushing outer shell out of the trailing arm, or just burn out the rubber and the inner crush tube for the bolt.

Thanks,
jorrell

ps. The rear suspension on this 236K mile 245 had the following issues:
1: If its rubber, its hosed.
2: Shocks collapse on their own within 30 seconds of fully extending them (yep, factory original).
3: Factory springs bowed inwards, even after removal.
4: upper locating arms showed signs of fractures in their welds, a few taps with a hammer and the end came off.
5: Flexible rubber brake line from the floor to the axle assembly cracked and peeling, failure was imminent.
6: Surprisingly, all of the suspension bolts have come out with minimal effort... this is after all a rust free Carolina car.
