Last night driving home from the grocery store I got a check engine light. I got home and left the car for the evening, knowing I would just deal with it in the morning. This morning I pulled a 1-2-1 code off and reset the ECU. The car started just fine but would not idle. It kept droping to sub 250 RPM then would die. After a few minutes of this, while driving, it calmed down and all returned to normal. Despite the multiple times the car died, the Check Engine light did not come on today.
This has happened once or twice in the past. I need to chekc the OBD again, as there are a few codes that don't pop the CE light.
It's got an A-Cam and a gutted air box.
I've tested the AMM with a volt meter before, but was hoping there was a better way to test it, other than swapping a new one in.
