740 Key chime 700

The key chime sounds all the time on my 740 wagon (even driving down the road). I just had a new headliner installed and it seems the chime problem and the dome light doesn't work anymore. The headliner shop says they couldn't find anything the had pinched or left unplugged. It may be a coincidence. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
