check eng lite and codes 900 1992

A couple of months ago my 92 960 died cold on the way to town. After a
moment or two it started back up, with the 'check engine' light on. I
continued on my way and the car ran well. When I returned home I ran the
OBDs. The codes were 2-1-4, 1-1-5, and 1-1-3, indicating injector faults and
a timing pick-up fault. I bought a new cam position sensor from RPR, reset
the codes and all was great for a couple of weeks. Today however the 'check
engine' light came back on. I now have the same fault codes from the OBD as
I had before I installed the CPS.
What is the collective wisdom? Does this indicate I should rather have
installed a new crank position sensor rather than the cam pos sensor?
The car starts and runs fine, but the faults codes certainly indicate that
all is not well.
