power steering pump mounts 200 1986

Hey guys, thanks to some good advise i seem to have located the problem with my power steering pump pully alignment. It seems that the bracket which contains the belt tensioner is the culpret. There seems to be a rubber bushing at the base of that tensioner bracket where it mounts to the main aluminum bracket (which in turn mounts to the block). That bushing appears to be sticking out of its hole approx. 1/4 inch more than is should. I tried simply tightening up the bolt in the middle of the bushing (which also holds the tensioner bracket on), but it didn't seem to pull the bushing back in and the pump back into place. There is no exit hole on the other side where the bolt pops through either...I am wondering if anyone eles has had this exaxt issue before. If so what is the cure? I was thinking that this may be the type of situation where u have to take the bolt out...punch the bushing back in...and then replace the bolt...as in the bolt expands the bushing to make a sug fit. this is all kind of hard to access, so if anyone can lend some ideas i would appreciate it. thanks brickheads
