240 hood hinges and wheels 200 1989

I need to replace the hood hinges on my 1989 volvo 240 sedan
I found a pair from a 1984 sedan. Now since it's the different hood design will they fit ?Or should I keep looking for post '86 hinges?

Also I'm sure this question has already been adressed so I will just need the link to the existing post but what mags from other volvo's will fit my 240 sedan?
