Hello, my '97, 960 is having a problem with its power steering. The wheel is difficult to turn. I don't notice any cam like feeling when it turns, just resistance turning right or left. There is plenty of fluid and the pump doesn't seem to be making any noise when engine is running with the hood up. Where should I start looking? Thanks.
