960 engine swap tricks and shortcuts? 900 1995

Hi all,
I just scored a 97 B6304 with 64K for my 95 960. I am very pleased as my original 168K engine had multiple issues that would take longer and be almost as costly to repair. The new engine looks great with a warranty. I need any advise to make the swap easier. My local Volvo mechanic quoted 10 hours labor for him to do the swap. I'm going to do it and take my time and do it right. I haven't bought a manual yet, any advise is appreciated. The swap looks really straightforward after many FWD swaps. Thanks for any help,
