Positive Crankcase pressure cause? 700 1991

Howdy,
I have a 91 740 turbo with 320 000 km with persistant oil leakage from behind the timing cover. The 3 front seals have been changed correctly as far as I can tell (pressed just inside of flush, no lip inversion). The PCV hoses, fittings and intake nipple were all clear and the oil trap was empty, but I cleaned them out any way. There is good vacuum at the small hose from the intake manifold.

I measure less than 1 PSI of pressure (not vacuum) from the oil filler cap by modifying an oil cap with a hose barb onto it.

Questions: could this small amount of crankcase pressure be enough to cause the oil leaks at the seal(s)?? Has anyone else measured theirs?

If so, what else is causing the pressure if the PCV system is clear?
