1990 740 turbo won't start 700

Hello everybody, I am trying to help my wife fix the car over the internet as I am out of country on business.....the front engine seal or main engine seal to the tranny was replaced, as was the oil pan gasket, the rear engine seal, the rotor, the distributor the air filter and the oil filter. She was not having any difficulty with starting (last summer had starter replaced) at this time. The engine is cranking just not turning over. Any and all advice you can offer is appreciated. HOOOAH!
