About two weeks ago i was leaving for work the 86 244 crankly turned after two trys it started i drove to work it was uneventful. I came out of work about 8 hours later and after a few lame cranks nothing dead. AAA came jumped it and i drove home again uneventful. the next morning dead again i purchased a new battery started up ran fine. Now six days latter dead again it takes a jump runs for a bit then won't start. I took it to my local mechanic he checked it out and said it was just a bad battery so i jumped at his shop and drove to the autoparts store to exchange the battery. They charged it up and tested in the car and then the alt. was charging then it dropped out. so could this be the regulator failing or some thing else.....thanks in advance
