B-18 rod bearing numbers 120-130

I'm trying to order a replacement set of rod bearings for a B-18 rebuild. The engine isn't readily accessable, but I took one of the bearing shells home with me. What I want to know is, without micing the crankshaft, how do I know which shells I need? The one I have here in front of me is pretty evenly worn down to the copper, with no scratches or gouges. It has the number 418217 at one corner, along with a "V" and a "P' superimposed into a circle, and that's all. Is that for VanDerVelle, or some other bearing manufacturor? My Volvo parts catalogs don't show this number, so I don't know if I need to order standard, or over(under) sized bearings. BTW, the main crank bearings were in great shape. Ideas, suggestions, info?
